What the service provides

CSV Preflight checks issues that can be determined from CSV contents. Shopify may perform additional store-specific validation. Analysis and repaired output are not a guarantee that Shopify will accept or successfully import a file.

Repairs are intentionally conservative. Review each proposed change before applying it, and review the repaired file before import. The application creates a repaired copy and never overwrites the original uploaded file. You remain responsible for your files, their use, and maintaining backups of your current catalog.

Purchases and download access

Payment for a repaired CSV download is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The applicable price is shown before checkout. Analysis, repair review, and generating the preview are available without payment. Stripe processes payment separately.

Download access is temporary and tied to the browser used for checkout, ending two hours after checkout starts. Keep your original CSV Preflight tab open while completing payment: your local repaired file is not stored on our servers for later recovery. See our Refund Policy if a paid download fails or does not match the repairs shown in the pre-purchase preview.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not use the service illegally or abusively, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. CSV Preflight is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or losses arising from catalog imports. To that same extent, total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the purchase giving rise to it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
